we kindly ask you to read our policy before securing your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to all terms stated in our policy.

To secure your spot, a €10 deposit is required within 24 hours. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your deposit will only be refunded when the cancellation is made by us. You may also choose to transfer it to a new date if preferred.

The remaining balance can be paid in CASH or via TIKKIE.

The hair must be applied 1/2 day in advance.

When booking your appointment, take the duration of the appointment into account in case you had something else planned afterwards.

Your deposit can be used ONCE to reschedule your appointment. After that, a new deposit will be required.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so through the link in your confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment.

During your appointment, photos or videos may be taken for documentation or marketing. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your treatment begins so we can respect your privacy.
